Payment Policy

Auburn Animal Care finds it necessary to request payment at the time service is rendered.

For all surgical or extensive medical procedures, you may request a written estimate of anticipated fees prior to the admission of your pet. An estimate will provide a range of projected fees, however, unforeseen conditions of circumstances may arise and require treatment at additional cost. Therefore, estimates are not fixed and only valid for 30 days once presented. Whenever possible, authorization will be obtained from you before proceeding with treatment beyond the initial estimate.

Auburn Animal Care is pleased to offer a variety of payment options for veterinary care. For your convenience we accept the following methods of payment:
